- Standard Shipping Rate:
For orders below RM150, we charge a nominal fee of RM10 per address. This ensures that you can get your desired products without breaking the bank. - Delivery Timing:
Our dedicated team works diligently from Monday to Friday, between 9 am to 5 pm (excluding public holidays), to handle and deliver your orders promptly. However, please note that if you place an order after 2 pm, it will be considered a next business day order. We want to ensure you receive your package on time, so make sure to plan accordingly. - Estimated Delivery Time:
We value your time, and we want to keep you informed. Generally, we estimate a delivery time of 3-5 business days for delivery within West Malaysia (WM) and 5-8 business days for delivery to East Malaysia (EM). It's important to note that delivery schedules may vary during online sales periods, so keep an eye out for any updates or notifications. - P.O. Box Addresses:
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept P.O. box addresses for delivery. We want to ensure that your package reaches you securely, so please provide a valid residential or commercial address during checkout.
